Haircuts

Kaydee insists on having her hair short.  She won't let me put rubber bands in her hair or anything.  Well, Sydnee came home a few weeks ago from school and asked for her hair to be like Kaydee's because the twins in her class always have their hair the same, and she wants to be twins with Kaydee.  She has always said that she wants her hair long, so I told her no.  Well, she has been asking and asking and getting so mad whenever her hair gets in her face, so today she begged me to cut it.  I thought it would look cute, I just didn't want her to change her mind and be mad that her hair was gone.  But I gave in and she looks soooo adorable!

Maycee needed a cut too.  Her hair was so long in back but hardly any on the sides.  I was so sad cutting the back of her hair off, because it ended up being a lot, but she looks was cute and her hair looks thicker and healthier.  I think I'll keep it short until she doesn't have the baby fine hair anymore.  Here's her new look:

 

 

We did Kaydee's normal trim and they all look gorgeous. 

 

 

 



Treehouse Museum

Yesterday, Jeff had the day off for President's day.  We took the girls to the treehouse museum and it was a blast.  The last time we went Maycee was tiny and couldn't do anything, but this time she was so excited.  She ran from one thing to the next and had so much fun.

New funnies

I don't know where this stuff comes from but it makes me laugh.
Kaydee asked after getting home from Grandma Becky's: "If Bosco marries Casey, will he be the wicked step dog?"

And she is anti marriage and kids because she says she wants to be a chef instead.  She told me she hopes I will come to her restaurant...  Carl's Jr.  I told her she should work at a nicer restaurant where only the best chefs work and make lots of money.  Her eyes lit up and she smiled and yelled "RED ROBIN!!" 

Kaydee brought a toy car to me and said "Mom, where is its gashole?"  I was like WHAT?  Oh, you said GAS hole...ok.

Sydnee was telling Jeff she was so tired.  He told her it's because she was up all night.  She said "oh, yeah, that's because I was acting sick."  If she hadn't actually thrown up once I would have been mad.  Lol.
On Feb 1st Kaydee came home from school, and she must not have been listening to her teacher very well, because she said "Did you know tomorrow is BEAVER day?" 
Sydnee was talking about her birthday in June and Kaydee said "Know who else has a birthday in June?  Your best friend me!"
Kaydee had to go potty while we were in the car but said she could hold it.  She said "I'll hold my pee in my bum and my bear in my hands." 
Sydnee was practicing sight word flash cards and the next one was 'a'.  She tells me "I know this one!  Guess what it is?  It starts with an a."  Lol.
Sydnee got back from the doctor and Kaydee asked "How is your ear confection?"
